Soak all dried fruit in orange juice and keep aside for 3 hours
In milk add vinegar and mix well and keep aside (buttermilk will be ready)
Sieve the dry ingredients and keep ready
In a pan add sugar let it caramalize and carefully add water and pour this mixture to orange juice batter mix well
In dry ingredients bowl add all mentioned ingredients tjan add orange juice batter, add butter milk mixture mix well
In baking tin line parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 45 minute.. once done let it cool then cut and serve..
