Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp cinamon powder


  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder


  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • milk 1 tbsp


  • 1/4 cups orange juice


  • 4 tbsp raisins


  • 4 tbsp tutti frutti


  • 1 cups mixed walnut, cashewnuts, almonds and dates


  • 3 tbsp sugar powder


  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  • Soak all dried fruit in orange juice and keep aside for 3 hours
  • In milk add vinegar and mix well and keep aside (buttermilk will be ready)
  • Sieve the dry ingredients and keep ready
  • In a pan add sugar let it caramalize and carefully add water and pour this mixture to orange juice batter mix well
  • In dry ingredients bowl add all mentioned ingredients tjan add orange juice batter, add butter milk mixture mix well
  • In baking tin line parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 45 minute.. once done let it cool then cut and serve..
